Pointing your domain at our nameservers

Your welcome email lists two nameservers. Set both of them at whoever manages your domain, replacing anything already there.

How long does it take?

Usually under an hour, occasionally up to 24. During that window some visitors see the new server and some see the old one — this is normal and not something either side can speed up.
